With extensive medical experience, Morgan excels at building personal connections with patients, guiding individuals of all ages on their health journeys. Diana Martinez

Lead Medical Assistant and Spanish Translator


Diana, a proud Mexican-American, is a dedicated advocate for health and wellness within her community. She currently works at Meridian as a Spanish interpreter and in medical records, demonstrating her commitment to accessible healthcare. In addition, Diana serves as a health coach for the Diabetes Prevention Program, where she helps individuals take control of their health. She also oversees patient registration and manages the specialist referral network, ensuring seamless and efficient care for all patients.

I am a client-centered nutrition professional dedicated to promoting health and wellness through education and support.
