Morgan Woods, a proud Washingtonian, earned her medical degree from Howard University. She further honed her skills through a postgraduate residency at Yale/Norwalk and obtained a postgraduate certificate in Education in the Health Professions from Johns Hopkins. With extensive medical experience, Morgan excels at building personal connections with patients, guiding individuals of all ages on their health journeys. She takes great joy in witnessing people grow more confident as they uncover their true potential.
Diana Martinez
Lead Medical Assistant
Diana, a proud Mexican-American, is a dedicated advocate for health and wellness within her community. She currently works at Meridian as a Spanish interpreter and in medical records, demonstrating her commitment to accessible healthcare. In addition, Diana serves as a health coach for the Diabetes Prevention Program, where she helps individuals take control of their health. She also oversees patient registration and manages the specialist referral network, ensuring seamless and efficient care for all patients.

Darryl Hooker, a proud Washington, D.C. native, served in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper and earned the prestigious Golden Gloves title in boxing. Following his military service, he pursued medical training at Howard University. Throughout his distinguished career in primary care, Mr. Hooker has remained dedicated to empowering his patients to maintain their health. Credentialed with most insurance providers, he takes pride in being a trusted partner in helping individuals achieve their wellness goals.
